this workshop is as much for you as it is for your pet. come make something with your hands, slow down for a few hours, learn a new skill — and leave with a collar and matching leather name tag made specifically for your dog or cat (if you also need a leash, check out our other workshops).

everything is assembled with solid brass rivets, no sewing involved, so what you make is as strong as it is simple. we work with the same vegetable-tanned leather used traditionally for horse tack — it’s sturdy, holds up to water and sun, and softens over time, molding to your pet the more it’s worn. no plastic, no synthetic dye, just leather and brass built to last.

you’ll work from our base model, choosing your own leather colour and buckle, with some room for personalisation depending on time and how involved your request is.

sizing is easy either way: bring your pet along (dogs and cats both welcome — we genuinely love having them in the studio), or if they’re not the type to enjoy hammering sounds and other animals around, just measure them at home or bring an old collar as reference.
