Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 1–2 business days. For made-to-order products, please allow a production period of 3–10 days.
We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL. For estimated delivery times, please refer to their website.
Shipment tracking
For letter/small packet shipments (Deutsche Post): by default, we send a basic tracking code which only documents processing at the origin and destination mail centres. For international letters, tracking is only available until the item is forwarded abroad. If you need proof of delivery, we recommend selecting the registered mail option at checkout.
For all other shipment classes, orders do not include a tracking number unless you specifically pay for a registered or tracked service. Please note that untracked items are not insured against loss or delay.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Most of our products are handcrafted individually to order and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items unless they arrive faulty or defective.
For ready-to-ship items (where applicable), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item in satisfactory condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue — without prejudice to your statutory warranty rights. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund and cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
If you have any questions before ordering, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re happy to help avoid any misunderstandings.
Workshop tickets purchased through our website are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. As with event tickets, no rebooking is guaranteed.
Transferring your ticket: if you are unable to attend, you may sell or gift your ticket to someone else. Please notify us at least 1 day before the workshop with the new participant’s full name and contact details.
Can’t make it? In urgent cases, email us at hola@lamaleathergoods.com and we will do our best to find a solution. Any rescheduling or alternative arrangement is at our discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
If we reschedule or cancel: if we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason, we will contact all participants and offer alternative dates or a voucher redeemable against any future workshop or product in our shop. Any further arrangement is handled individually and at our discretion.
