workshops can take place inside the lama leather goods studio in kreuzberg, or in a location of your choice. we start from a piece already in the lama collection — a belt, a card holder, a small pouch — and adapt the format around your group: how much time you have, what skill level people are starting from, and what the budget allows per person. everyone works with their hands, at their own pace, and leaves with something they made.

2 — a DIY station for your event

we can set up a personalisation station for one of our products on-site: stamping initials, adding a stitch detail, choosing hardware, or another playful DIY touch. we can do the personalising ourselves on the spot, or set it up as a DIY moment for your guests to try themselves.

3 — a custom-made piece for your brand

not every project needs an event. sometimes what you need is simply a product — a set of gifts, a small run of accessories carrying your branding, or a single design made for a specific use. this is a made-to-order service: no workshop, just the object, produced in the same studio, to the same standard as everything else we make.
