We aim for good quality and long lasting products, so we need high quality primary materials, with the least amount of possible impact on the environment.
Most of our products are made out of vegetable-tanned leather from northern Italy or Belgium. This leather, opposed to chrome-based tanning processes, is harder to find and more expensive, but definitely better for the environment.
Also, used for centuries for its high resistance, malleability, anti-corrosion properties and appealing appearance, brass is our favourite metal to work with to complete our objects and contribute to its durability. Besides, it can be recycled!
